Contractor will provide a full residential cleaning service including: dusting of all accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of all floors, cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen counters, sink, exterior of appliances and cabinet fronts, complete bathroom cleaning and sanitizing, interior window sills, and removal of trash to the designated bin.
Exclusions
Interior of appliances (oven, refrigerator) unless requested as an add-on, exterior windows, carpet shampooing, wall washing, mold remediation, and removal of bulk items or construction debris.

Scope of work
Contractor will protect floors and furniture, patch minor nail holes and cracks, lightly sand and prime prepared surfaces, and apply two finish coats of paint to the walls, ceilings, and trim in the areas listed. Work areas will be cleaned at the end of each day.
Exclusions
Finish paint (supplied by Client unless stated otherwise), drywall repair beyond minor patching, wallpaper removal, lead or mold abatement, furniture moving over 50 lbs, and exterior power washing.

General contracting

Scope of work
Contractor will manage and perform the construction work described, including scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of inspections, site protection, and daily cleanup. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable local building codes.
Exclusions
Permit fees, engineering or architectural drawings, appliances, fixtures selected by Client, landscaping restoration, and remediation of asbestos, mold, or other hazardous materials.

Scope of work
Contractor will demolish and remove existing finishes in the designated area, prepare substrates, and install the new finishes, cabinetry, and fixtures described in the Deliverables. Plumbing and electrical connections will be made to existing rough-ins.
Exclusions
Cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances (selected and purchased by Client), permit fees, structural modifications, and relocation of existing plumbing or electrical lines.

Scope of work
Contractor will perform the landscaping services described, including site preparation, planting, edging, mulching, and cleanup of all clippings and debris from the work area.
Exclusions
Plant replacement after installation, irrigation system repairs, tree removal, stump grinding, permits, and damage caused by weather, pests, or lack of watering.

Scope of work
Contractor will complete the repair and installation tasks listed below, supply standard hardware, test each item for proper operation, and clean the work area at completion.
Exclusions
Specialty parts, fixtures, and appliances; licensed electrical panel work; gas line work; permit fees; and repairs to conditions discovered behind walls.

Contractor will provide professional photography and/or video coverage for the session described, including planning, on-site production, and post-production editing and color correction of the selected images and footage.
Exclusions
Printed products, raw unedited files, additional revision rounds beyond two, location or permit fees, travel beyond 30 miles, and licensing for resale to third parties.

Scope of work
Contractor will develop the creative assets described, including discovery, concept development, presentation of initial concepts, and refinement based on Client feedback within the included revision rounds.
Exclusions
Stock photography and font licenses, paid ad budget, printing, website hosting, copywriting in additional languages, and revisions beyond the included rounds.

Scope of work
Contractor will conduct the assessment and advisory work described, including stakeholder interviews, review of current processes and data, and delivery of documented findings and recommendations.
Exclusions
Implementation work, third-party software licenses, legal, tax or accounting advice, travel expenses, and ongoing support after the engagement ends.

Scope of work
Contractor will design, build, test, and deploy the solution described, including configuration of the required environments and a handoff session covering how to operate and maintain the system.
Exclusions
Third-party subscriptions, hosting and domain fees, content creation, new features requested after scope approval, and ongoing maintenance after the 30-day window.
